Housing, Advocacy, Vocational, and Employment Support Incorporated (HAVE Support) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering people with disabilities by providing comprehensive services and fostering an inclusive society where every voice is heard and every need is supported. Founded in 2023, HAVE Support serves individuals with disabilities across Carroll County, Howard County, Montgomery County, Prince George’s County, and Washington County
Our Mission
At HAVE Support, our mission is to amplify the voices of people with disabilities and support them in achieving independence and a higher quality of life. We offer a range of services designed to address the unique needs of individuals with disabilities, fostering a more inclusive and supportive society.
Our Services
At HAVE Support, we proudly offer flexible, person-centered services through two delivery models approved by the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA): Provider-Led Services (Traditional Model) and Self-Directed Services (SDS Model).
Provider-Led Services
As a DDA Certified Provider, HAVE Support directly hires and manages staff to deliver high-quality services tailored to each participant’s goals.
Self-Directed Services
As a DDA-approved vendor, HAVE Support empowers individuals and families to direct their services with our trusted support.
Behavioral Support Services (BSS)
help individuals identify, understand, and manage challenging behaviors through personalized strategies that promote positive growth, independence, and community inclusion, including Behavioral Assessment, Plan Development, Consultation, and Implementation Support.

Community Living – Group Home
24/7 residential support in safe, inclusive home environments focused on independence, dignity, and daily life skills. Nursing Support Services and Transportation are included with Community Living.

Nursing Support Services
provide skilled nursing care, health assessments, medication management, and care coordination to promote wellness and ensure each individual’s health and safety in home and community settings.

Personal Supports
Direct assistance with personal care, routines, and accessing the community, delivered by workers chosen and directed by the participant.

Participant-directed relief services allow chosen workers to step in when primary caregivers need a break.

Supported Living
Participants direct their own supported living workers with HAVE Support, providing vendor assistance and back-up support.
